At JINS, we want you to love your new eyewear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all frames and prescription lenses. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a hassle-free process for returns and one-time exchanges.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your JINS account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Eyewear
Place your glasses, original case, and cleaning cloth securely inside the original shipping box or a similar sturdy package to ensure protection during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
